Our small complex of studios is built in a traditional architectural style, beautifully situated at the end of the town of Skiathos within quiet surroundings. The street in which our property is located features a dead end, so there is no traffic and no noise. Despite such a tranquil position, we are 5 minutes walk from the city center, actually from the pedestrian street of Papadiamanti where there is a shopping center and 8 minutes from the port. Within a 3 minute walk, there is a small supermarket where guests can obtain the necessary food for their breakfast and light meals. However if you use the nearby ring road 200 meters from the hotel, you can either take advantage of the 2 large supermarkets in the vicinity or take the bus at the number 3 stop for all the southern beaches.

Η Λευκάδα είναι το τέταρτο σε έκταση ελληνικό νησί του Ιονίου πελάγους και των Επτανήσων. Βρίσκεται νότια της Κέρκυρας και πλησίον των ακτών της Αιτωλοακαρνανίας όπου στην αρχαιότητα πίστευαν ότι ήταν χερσόνησος αυτής. Σήμερα χωρίζεται από τον μικρό αλλά ιστορικό πορθμό του Δρεπάνου. Έχει σχήμα ελλειψοειδές. Κυριότερες πηγές πλούτου ο τουρισμός, η ελαιουργία, αμπελουργία και η αλιεία. Παλαιότερα ονομαζόταν Άγια Μαύρα (Σάντα Μάουρα) από τον ναό της Αγίας Μαύρας που είχαν οικοδομήσει οι Φράγκοι κατά τον 13ο αιώνα στο ομώνυμο επιθαλάσσιο φρούριο.
