The Farmhouse Fontanelle is a beautiful stone farmhouse originally built in the 17th century. It is in the hills, at almost 500 m. a.s.l.. It is divided into 5 apartments, composed of 1 or 2 bedrooms each, and can sleep a total of 19 guests. It has a large and elegant common room, perfect for parties, reunions or small seminars. There are a scenic infinity pool, well-kept gardens and several terraces (one with large stone barbecue), equipped for eating outside. This farmhouse offers beautiful views of the surrounding green hills, the underlying valley, old olive trees and oak woods.

In a 130-hectare agricultuarl estate on the green hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, Poderaccio is a beautiful, recently restored traditional farmhouse on two floors. It is the typical (pink) farmhouse of this part of Umbria, on two floors with outside staircase. It is divided into 4 spacious apartments for a total of 23 guests, and it is particularly suitable for families with children. Two of the apartments are on the ground floor, with no internal stairs, and with direct access to the garden outside. They are equipped with toys and games for small chidlren, and have their own space equipped for eating outside. There are planted gardens, a small circular 4-metre wide pool for children, an outside shower, a small playground and a large gazebo with barbecue, equipped for eating outside. This farmhouse is in an open and panoramic location, near the woods and several trails for walking or jogging around our property. It enjoys beautiful views of the countryside, woods, valleys and fields all around.

The Agriturismo Santa Francesca is situated in the UNESCO Nature and Cultural Park of Val d’Orcia in Tuscany.
