When we set out to create Villa Giannis we, decided to first put ourselves in the place of our guests and reflect on what we, as clients, would look for in our accommodation when on vacation or on a business or recreation trip.
We thought that what we would want is to stay in a place offering the private luxury of our own home.
We would like to be in a place in which we can where we can move freely and entertain friends or associates, where the friendly and impeccable relations with the apartment staff allows us to feel not as strangers, but right at home. At the same time, we, as clients, would like our rooms combine modern equipment to a friendly atmosphere and unique services, all designed with emphasis on respect for people.
This was the concept behind Villa Giannis, in Nea Fokaia, Chalkidiki, a facility that will offer you exciting vacation and a hospitality that will make your stay unforgettable.



Our rooms are fully equipped and decorated in exquisite, subtle colours that will take you on journeys of relaxation.
Our rooms are unique in their category, as they combine comfort and hospitality and give out the warmth of your own family abode. Nea Fokaia is one of the largest villages of Cassandra, where you will find many stores, super markets and grocery stores selling fresh fruit and vegetables produced by the locals themselves.
It also has many restaurants, bars, cafés - most of them on the beach - where you can sit and enjoy, a background where the reflection of the Tower in the calm waters of the port mingles with the small fishing boats.

The village, which attracts many visitors, offers a unique scenery combining private coves, beautiful beaches, clean sea and pine trees extending all the way down to the beach, almost touching its blue waters. The village has 1500 inhabitants, but during the summer this number goes up to 10000.
The local traditional cafés and fish taverns, with a view to the sea, will please even the most demanding client. Archaeological treasures also await you, next to the beaches of this developed tourist area.
