All of our holiday houses enjoy a stunning rural location on the edge of a medieval hamlet, offering spectacular views of the valleys below. We can offer you five independent holiday houses each with its own garden or terrace and a shared inground pool. All houses provide exposed beams, original terracotta tiles pavements and either Tuscan rural or modern design furniture. An added plus is the neighbouring farm, where you'll be able to buy freshly laid eggs and vegetables pulled right out of their field. The area has a great friendly atmosphere and you’ll feel right at home during your stay.
Whether you’re after adventure or seeking a serene sojourn, you’ll find something to suit you here. The beautiful countryside offers you every opportunity to sit under a tree and read a book, and equally to blaze through the forest on a mountain bike. Bagni Di Lucca presents a welcoming starting point to your Tuscan exploration, and the larger neighbouring towns offer an exciting chance to study the impressive architecture and lively culture of the region. There are a range of outdoor sports and activities to take part in nearby, such as golf, horse riding, canoeing and skiing, so there’s no reason to ever get bored - having said that, no-one would hold it against you if you decided instead to lounge by the pool all day! |

Carefully restored half of a countryhouse, Cesa al 4 comprises three levels and is about 105 m2. On the ground floor, a bright living room with fireplace, a toilet room under the stairs and a lovely kitchen with spectacular views on the surrounding hills and mountains. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with original double beds. On the last floor we have a garret with original low doors (160 cm. high), which comprises two perfectly inhabitable rooms, i.e. a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. At the house entrance there is a sunny farmyard with table and chairs. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures. Walking distance from a shared garden with shared swimming pool.

Pool
All our holiday houses are located at a walking distance from a shared garden (1000 m2) with shared swimming pool.
It is an inground pool 4x10 meters, 140 cm continuos water depth with 1 solar shower and sunbeds, tables and chairs for all our guests. Pool area is completely fenced and accesible through a gate from Piazzetta Baciocchi.
Relax reading a boook under a tree or a sun umbrella and enjoy the view!
Please note that the entire pool area is NOT supervised by lifeguards. Opening hours: 9.00 AM – 7.30 PM from May to September.
For reasons of hygiene and safety children under 2 years are not allowed in the swimming pool. Small inflatable pool is at your disposal for free.
Children under 12 years are allowed to use the pool only when accompanied by parents. Sorry, pets are not allowed in or by the swimming pool. |
