- We booked a deluxe junior suite and were given a standard sea view room. When I booked this room I had the option of corner room, deluxe junior suite, sea view room or standard non view room and chose the junior suite. When I asked about the junior suite I was told that when I booked this there was a sea view but they have since built up and now there is no view. This was not correct as the building opposite the hotel has been there for some time. Why was I charged for a junior suite and getting a cheaper sea view room and not even offered any discount when I was at the hotel?

"hotel is really great"
- everything was amazing, next visit of istanbul will stay in this hotel. just small minus for breakfast - its poor

"Très très bonne adresse !"
- L'hotel est très bien situé pour visiter le quartier historique ainsi que le Grand Bazar, et est très bien desservi par le tramway. Il se trouve à proximité de nombreux restaurants de qualité, mais aussi à distance raisonnable du pont de Galata et du Bazar aux épices, pour qui aime se promener à pied. Le personnel est absolument charmant, très chaleureux, attentionné, les chambres -un peu petites- sont d'une propreté irréprochable et le petit déjeuner servi en salle est très soigné. Je recommande très vivement ce Magnaura Palace, auquel je compte bien retourner avec mon épouse à mon prochain voyage à Istanbul.

"Rusya'dan tüm ekibe sevgiler"
- Otel temiz ve güzel,kahvaltı yeterli. En önemlisi Sultan Ahmet 30,Ayasofya ve Topkapı müzelerine 150 metre mesafede. Ikı tane küçük cocuğumuz olduğu için cocuk arabası ile hiç zorlanmadık. Personel güleryüzlü ve çok nazik. Otel sahibi Mehmet Bey'e de ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. O bölgede kalınabilecek en iyi otellerden bir tanesi.
