Deluxe Suite

The de-luxe suite is named Muna-y, meaning love in the Quechua language. The room is ideal for a honeymoon or anniversary and is romantically designed with flower themes and rich jewel colours. The super-king-sized four poster bed has a memory foam mattress and is draped for additional privacy. A hand-built black polished concrete bathtub is positioned to the front of the room to take advantage of the spectacular mountain views. There is a flat-screen with dvd player. The en- suite bathroom has a black slate floor and wet-room style shower.

Ambiance

We believe our guests should feel relaxed as soon as they arrive in Sucre. So our most important service is to collect our guests from the airport or bus station and deliver them back at the end of their stay. We do not charge for this service.
Guests staying in the Roundhouse can really feel at home. The enormous living area has plenty of space for relaxation either on the ground floor or on the mezzanine. We have an extensive library, a book swap corner and a collection of board games.
The open plan kitchen is where we prepare delicious fresh food. Guests can sit at the bar on one side of our huge island and watch their food being prepared. There is a choice of dining location depending on the weather - in the living room, on the roof terrace, the terraces outside the living room or by the pool. Beverages are available throughout the day.
Our 17 metre solar heated pool is just a few steps from the guest accommodation and the living room. We believe we have the best view from a swimming pool in Bolivia! There is a covered area where guests can retreat from the high altitude sun, or take a hot or cold shower. Our beautiful hand-crafted mosaic jacuzzi is large enough to accommodate all of our guests. Colourful hammocks are positioned near the pool looking out to the mountains.

Dining

Food is our passion. We pride ourselves on the quality, freshness and flavor of our food – there are no tired menus or stale buffets here. We use seasonal ingredients grown in our garden or sourced locally. We offer vegetarian options for those who prefer not to eat meat. For our guests wishing to hike we can prepare a picnic lunch.
BREAKFAST includes fresh fruit salads, yoghurt, home-baked bread and home-made jams and marmalades. Fresh eggs from our chickens are also available. Beverages include coffee from Bolivian freshly ground beans or teas and tisanes, including the famous Bolivian coca tea.
LUNCH is a two-course set meal and there are 3 courses at DINNER. Our recipes come from all around the world, including occasional Bolivian dishes.
We stock a wide range of spirits. High altitude Bolivian wines from the Tarija region as well as a selection of Argentinian wines are available. Bolivian beer from different regions and Singani, the Bolivian liquor made from white grapes are also on offer.
