- tout se passe très bien au Ryad Mabrouka: l'aceuil, le petit dejeuner, la nuit, les conseils du personnel et des proprietaires la location est parfaite: on est dans une partie calme et silencieuse de la medina mais a trois pas de la vitalité du centre historique

"I would return to Ryad Mabrouka"
- We stayed three nights at Ryad Mabrouka between 9-12 May 2013. It was a very hot and dry few days in Fes but we were able to take refuge in the riad and the richly planted Eden - sorry, I meant garden.
The riad is conveniently located: a short walk from one of the two main streets of the old Fes medina, Talaa Kbira. It is also very close to one of the very few locations in the medina accessible by cars, meaning upon first arrival, the taxi was able to drop us and our baggage very close to the riad, minimising the drag.
The hosts, Caroline and Pierre are friendly and the staffs professional and attentive without being intrusive. We enjoy the food served up by the in-house cook so much that we had dinner at the riad every night of our stay.
We find the pricing mildly steep at the time but right now I have only good memory of our stay. If you happen to pass by Ryad Mabrouka, may I suggest leaving a big fat tip for the staffs before you go, which they will put into a pot and share among themself.

"Rien à redire, c'était parfait dans les moindres détails"
- Très agréable jardin qui ajoute beaucoup aux autres attraits de ce riad très bien tenu. Accueil chaleureux, ambiance détendue.

"Hard to fault!"
- Possibly the bedside reading lights could have been better, and obviously we would have been happier to pay less but it was worth it. The Ryad was beautiful, the food wonderful, and the staff all lovely. We hope to be back!
