"Everything almost perfect"

- We really enjoyed our stay once the receptionsist efficiently sorted out a change of room - the original room allocated immediately opposite a 24 hour reception desk would not have been acceptable, especially as we had specifically requested a quiet room well in advance (2 months?) by email. The only problem was finding an opened condom packet just under the bed one day when we changed rooms (we had to change twice during our stay) suggesting that the cleaning was too superficial! There were other minor imperfections with the cleaning too, which suggest that it is done too rapidly. Everything else was fine. The superior rooms are well worth the extra money!

"Great!!"

- Everything was great staff were friendly and very helpful. I was put in a room that didn't get wifi and they changed me the next day no problem after that all was great. Totally would stay there again! :)
