- Unpleasant stay at the Rast Hotel due to the following:
1 - Very bad smell in the elevator
2 - Porter is hot tempered
3 - Reception did not arrange transport to the airport at the right time
4 - Some cheese and meat at the breakfast were rotten and had bad smell.

"Best Place if you are traveling with Kids"

- Extremely helpful staff, pleasant and willing to help you all the time. Nice location within less than 1 minute walk of train station, nice views from roof top and very nice breakfast.

"4 night stay"

- We had a lovely stay at the Rast hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast. When we arrived the reception staff were great, they welcomed us with a drink and gave us tips on what to see. Breakfast was delicious, a great choice of food and very good quality food. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing !!!! Breakfast is up there and you can go there anytime to look out. We unfortunately missed it twice as they were laying down a new floor. The hotel is very close to the tram stop. From the hotel you can quickly walk to the blue mosque, ayasofia mosque and many nice restaurants. It's a great location. The only negatives - the cot didn't have a proper mattress, it had pillows as a base. The room also had a flashing light on the airconditioning control panel, which flashes quite brightly in the night.

"Nice affordable hotel"

- Thanking you for giving great experiences during our travelling time. Off course, our short vacation will become a mess if we can not relax comfortably in your hotel after long busy travelling in each day.

However, small advise which would more benefit from your hotel is to improve the number of your staff which can speak english fluently. You can give them also small course how to deal with people from East Asian (japan, Korean, china, etc) & Southeast Asian (Indonesia, Malaysia, etc) which are not willing to say any complaint even something unlike situation happen.
At the end, i will glad to recommend your hotel to our friens which are have planning to visit Istanbul.
