We accept convenient methods of payment by VISA, Master Card and Bank transfer as well as by cash. Cash payment should be done in AZN, however, the payment in USD could be done in accordance with the local legislation and the hotels purchasing rate.

All reservations are due to be guaranteed by a credit card or a company/travel agency letter.
All guaranteed reservation should be canceled in writing in 48 hours prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in a one night cancellation fee.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservation at 6:00 p.m.
The obligation ( if any) of the company to pay for its guest must be submitted to the hotel in a written form. The company pays to the hotel after guest’s departure and upon receipt of the proper invoice from the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to review above rates.
Our official Check –in time is 02:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to availability and additional charge.
