"Not satisfied"

- Hello Sir,
I am not satisfied with your services as you don't provide us breakfast and you have provide the single room for two persons we have already deposit the advance 4000 bhat on 04.10.12,but you have give us single room instead of two seperate room ands you charge higher from us and you told us at last movement of check in time. I am frequent customer of this hotel from last 3 years and everytime I have got good services now you don't give us the same as this booking was done online and already mentioned provide breakfast.
I am not recommnended to any one to stay . This trip was not good cause of your bad services .

"great hotel"

- we had a great time at your hotel. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The resturante staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The bell boys were also very helpful. I would recommend The Miramar Hotel

"Nearly perfect"

- The staff are friendly and respond promptly to our request. The only shortage is the location... nearby no hawker stall for food or good for shopping.

- Staff should speak better English and be a bit nicer at customer's demands. Only for calling a taxi for us, it seemed they were doing us a favor, instead of being a service as in every hotel.
