"The Beach of Love". Liku’alofa Resort, Situated on west coast of Tongatapu, Fringed with palm trees and surrounded by a lush tropical garden and sits along stretch of white sandy beach. Take a 10 minute walks along the surfing beach is what most of our guests do on arrival. Liku'alofa is based 30 minutes from the town of Nuku'alofa (the capital) and 45 minutes from the airport.
Just off the beach is an aqua colored lagoon for swimming and snorkeling. Separating the lagoon from the deep blue sea is a reef with ten surf breaks, and beyond the reef, just a few hundred meters from the resort, mother whales and their babies swim past (mostly when it is whale season- July through October). |
