"Great experience at Calypso Hotel"

- My partner and I stayed at Calypso Hotel form 25-29 November. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly when we needed assistances with our room and information about the various tour packages. The room and bathroom were clean, neat and comfortable. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

"Perfect for single woman traveller"

- Superb service, hotel in perfect location, in room safe and computer, and bonus of fresh fruit and bottled water every day. Mai was great, knew what I wanted for breakfast every day!

"Warmly welcomed and felt like home"

- The Calypso is a fabulous boutique hotel with easy access to all main areas of Hanoi. The staff need a special mention. Each and every one of them, from Jay, Tony and Loan at the front desk to Mai and everyone in the restaurant, the lovely young men with smiles at the front door and the housekeeping, Andy and the welcoming managers. Thank you, we would come back any time

"Excellent stay!!"

- From the 1st step we took from the taxi to the hotel it was excellent! We just arrived and immediately a guy from the hotel took our bags and smilingly invited us in, while we waited for our room, we received drinks. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant! helped us to book tours, to show us nice restaurants and with everything.

The rooms were nice and clean :)

So it was a great beginning to our trip in Vietnam!

"Great accomodation!"

- Conveniently located close to the city center, walking distance from the old quarter. Beautiful room with all comforts, very clean. Nice staff, they just push too much in "helping you" suggesting services and restaurants...
