"It was a pleasent stay !!"

- Overall, itwas quite a pleasant stay. Breakfast was OK, dinner was excellent.
In the bathroom;
1) It would be much appreciated if you provided a small face towel in the bathroom.
2) There was some room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bath tub.
3) The hot water was slightly coloured brown.
In the bedroom;
I appreciate if you could put a garbage bin in the bedroom as well.

"Relaxing stay without the kids"

- Loved our 4 night stay at Dale Head. The family/staff gave a great welcome and were very helpful - nothing was too much bother for them. Some work needs to be done on general facilities such as the bar area and lounge - both seemed a little cold/damp, but could be rectified with little effort. Will definitely come again, but it would have to be a "special" as the hotel rates were rather high.

"disappointing"

- We thought this hotel had a fantastic location, but very expensive. No bath cap provided,in the excellent batroom. Dirty stair window, litter left on a table on the terrace for all three days of our stay. Breakfast was excellent, but we appeared to be the only people staying. Just felt not very good value for money.
