- After arriving in Phuket from 9 hour flight to hotel- we were informaed they had sold our 2 booked rooms to walk ins as they wanted to stay longer than our reservation. Informed no rooms were available & we could search other hotels in the area for vacancies- this was NYE!!! The owner (sitting at the bar) offered no apologies & left it up to the poor Thai staff member to deliver the news in broken english... Unprofessional & inconvenient experience!

- très propre et très confortable, belle piscine service un peu lent parfois au petit dejeuner, le cafe et les jus de fruits a volonte seraient bienvenus proche de la route et odeurs nauséabondes parfois un peu cher pour des chambres (et non des bungalows) qui ne sont pas au bord de la plage
