- We enjoyed out stay. My only complaint is that it was contact anyone at the "24/7" phone number. We had an issue with the fireplace and the hottub. No messages left were returned. We follwed with an email about the fireplace, which was answered. We never did receive any reply to our question why we could not cause the hottub to heat up. This was little frustrating as we were looking forward to a soak and good views!

"it was ok"
- Internet didn't work most of our stay, the stairs were iced up and was never cleaned off. suite 101 and 100 the hot tub was adjacent to some ones window. smoke alarms were not working and most of them were missing! It felt uncomfortable. Maintenance needs to be better in my opinion. Other than that it was not that bad, we enjoyed most of our stay.
