A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is a single, upscale, self-contained, garden level suite, of approximately 825 sq. ft. There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. There is, a queen sized sofabed in the living room. The furnishings are a blend of antique and authentic hardwood reproductions in the Craftsman, Arts & Crafts, Mission or, as our guests from the United Kingdom fondly refer to it, Macintosh style.
The suite has a private entry, patio, separate private phone line with telephone answering device, flat screen LCD-TV with DVD/VCR and digital cable featuring Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand services, Broadband Internet access by Ethernet and WiFi, (we were the first accommodations, in Vancouver to offer complimentary high speed internet access to guests), bookshelf stereo with FM/CD/Cassette and a library of British Columbia artists’ music, a single bathroom with tub/shower, full Cook’s kitchen facilities including smooth top self-cleaning stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with chilled filtered water, ice and crushed ice dispenser, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, pots & pans, full compliment of glassware, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils and in suite laundry facilities, for guest use. Daily rate guests, staying over a week, are provided weekly linen changes and cleaning service. Breakfast is not served. Also for daily rate guests', the suite is provisioned with, fresh fruit and baking, coffee and tea preparation supplies for a complimentary, self catered, continental breakfast, for the first morning. Beyond that, we recommend the many wonderful restaurants, within walking distance. There is always the option of using the suite's very well appointed cooking facilities for preparing meals. There are several grocers, within easy walking distance, offering a good variety of favourite, meal preparation ingredients

The house is a beautifully renovated 1910 Craftsman style bungalow. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. In the tastefully decorated living room, hardwood floors and picture window with a view of a lush, English Garden style front yard, brighten the room. The kitchen features a side by side refrigerator/freezer, ceramic top self-cleaning range, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances. The unit's private entrance is off a small, private, patio, tucked away in a fenced front yard. We offer a separate phone line, digital cable TV, DVD/VCR, guest bicycles, broadband internet access, in suite laundry facilities and a self catered complimentary continental breakfast, for your first morning
